• "Company," "we," "us," or "CC" means Core Cognitive and its affiliates.
• "You" or "User" means any visitor, registrant, customer, or person accessing the Site.
• "Content" means text, images, audio, video, courses, training materials, software, downloads, and other materials made available on the Site.

By using the Website you accept and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

If you use CC services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" above and post the revised Terms on our Website. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a refund policy posted on the Website or an applicable agreement. CC reserves the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect accepted orders.

All Content, trademarks, logos, design, software, and other intellectual property on the Website are the property of CC or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any Content except as expressly permitted in writing by CC.

By submitting User Content, you grant CC a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display such content for any purpose related to the Website and CC's business.

You agree not to engage in unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or automated access activities. CC may remove violating content and suspend/terminate accounts.

The Website and all content, products, and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. CC disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid CC in the six (6) months preceding the claim, or USD $100 if no payment was made.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Core Cognitive and its affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, or expense arising from your use of the Website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Core Cognitive may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
