Information Not Intentionally Sent to Grok

CoreCognitive does not intentionally send your account password or authentication credentials to the Grok API.

Your name and email address are used to manage your CoreCognitive account and are not intentionally included in an AI request unless you choose to include them in the content of your message.

Third-Party AI Processing

Because CoreCognitive uses the Grok API, information submitted through AI features may be processed by xAI.

The processing of information by xAI may also be subject to the applicable terms and data-handling practices governing the Grok API.

CoreCognitive does not sell your conversations or use your conversations for advertising purposes.

Before you use an AI feature that requires your submitted content to be transmitted to a third-party AI service, CoreCognitive may provide an in-app disclosure explaining:
